I’m a journalist, presenter, writer and host passionate about storytelling and connecting with audiences, whether on screen or in the room.

You’ll most often see me on ITV News, where I’m the National Correspondent in Wales and the presenter of Wales This Week - one of the longest running current affairs programmes on British TV.

From time to time, you might also hear me on LBC or RTÉ — giving analysis on the people and events shaping Wales, and telling stories that resonate far beyond it.

With over 15 years of experience, I’m trusted to cover the moments that matter while shining a light on stories that deserve to be heard. I also regularly host events, aiming to make stories clear, human and relevant.
